Pre-Order Information

Our first AMSO Essentials collection will be released through pre-order, giving you the opportunity to secure your preferred style, colour and size before production begins.

The collection includes our singlet, shorts and flares, available in grey, red, pink, black and brown.

How pre-orders work

When you place a pre-order, payment is taken at checkout and your chosen items are reserved for you. Once the pre-order period closes, we confirm production quantities with our supplier and begin preparing the collection.

You’ll receive an order confirmation immediately after purchasing, followed by a shipping confirmation and tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Estimated dispatch timeframe

Pre-order items are expected to be dispatched within 40 working days after the pre-order period closes.

Working days exclude weekends and New Zealand public holidays. This timeframe covers production, quality checks, international shipping to AMSO and preparation of your order for dispatch.

While we have allowed time for each stage of the process, unexpected delays can occasionally happen. We’ll keep you updated throughout the pre-order period and contact you as soon as possible if the estimated timeframe changes.

Please note that the 40-working-day timeframe refers to dispatch, not delivery. Delivery time begins once your order has left AMSO.

Orders containing multiple items

If your order includes more than one pre-order item, your full order will be shipped together once every item is ready.

If future in-stock products are purchased alongside pre-order items, the entire order may also be held until the pre-order items are ready unless otherwise stated.

Changes and cancellations

Please check your size, colour, delivery address and contact details carefully before placing your order.

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to request a change. We’ll do our best to help, but changes or cancellations may not be possible once the pre-order period has closed or production has begun.
